FROM NJ: Take NJ TPKE to Exit 14 for Holland Tunnel. Follow signs towards Holland Tunnel until the first traffic light (Jersey Ave). Do not go into the tunnel. Make a left onto Jersey Ave and follow to end. Make a right onto Observer Highway under train overpass. After 5th traffic light the road ends, make a left for 1 block (Hudson Street) then right (Hudson Place). After 1 block, make left onto River St. After 1 block make right onto Newark St. 1 Newark St. is the only building on the right. You are on the waterfront facing the Hudson River and Manhattan. We are on the 2nd floor.
FROM NY: Take the Holland Tunnel. After you exit the tunnel make a right at the first traffic light onto Marin Blvd. and take to the end (about 5 blks). Make a right onto Observer Highway. After the 3rd traffic light the road ends. PATH TRAIN: Take the PATH to Hoboken. Exit the station to street level at the corner of Hudson Place and River Street.
