If you prefer to mediate rather than litigate your divorce or other Family Law matter, Ms. Mullins is a Rule 1:40 Court Qualified Family Mediator. Mediation allows the parties to resolve their legal disputes more amicably and less expensively. It allows you to tell your children "Your mother (or father) and I worked things out."
For those of you who wish to make a marital agreement, either pre or post marriage, in order limit your exposure in the unfortunate event of a divorce, we can assist you in preparing your prenuptial or postnuptial agreement.
